September is quickly approaching, so make sure you are where you need to be with your pesticide credits for the year! Here is a guide to help you check on those credits online. If you need more assistance, call the N.C. Cooperative Extension Office!
This can be as simple as a Google search for “ncda pesticide license search”, click the second link. You can also use this link to access the webpage
You will either select “Pesticides-Agricultural, Aerial, Outdoor Applicator License” if the first numbers of your license are 026-037 or “Private Pesticide Applicator” if the first numbers of your license is 038.
You can search by several criteria, the easiest being license number, or name if you do not know your number or have your license handy. Selecting your County from the drop-down menu will narrow your search if you are searching by name.
Once you click search, results will populate below the search box. Find your name, and click details
Expiration Date: When you will need to get a new license
Recertification Date: When you will need to have ALL OF YOUR CREDIT HOURS COMPLETED to be able to renew your license.
**These dates may not be the same! If you have all of the credits you need to renew, you will receive a letter from NCDA towards the end of the year with a license renewal form.***
